I cannot believe it's may already . It just seems like yesterday that the alcohol induced bravery landing us in trouble episode happened on the New Year's eve. Haven't I told you about that ? Not today , Some other day surely .

Today's post is dedicated to a special person . You'll find out more as you read on. I was going through the stats of my blog the other day and found a new visitor . I decided to check his blog out . The blog was well written and made me laugh a couple of times . It was a pretty good blog actually , except for the fact that the contents were plagiarized from  this very blog , Filter Coffee . I know it's sort of cool that someone liked the posts so much that he decided to pass them off as his own but its also disturbing to know that people will go to such heights for just a blog post  . I would have complained less if he atleast had the brains to change to post title or even a word of the post .
 
Initially I did not know how to react to this . Two ways seem possible , the good way and the bad way . As it turns out I could not decide which one to take . So , you will have the misfortune of hearing about both of them . It's sort of like the movie Run Lola Run where the same episode takes place thrice with different results and you are forced to watch her running thrice . If you haven't seen the movie , you should . The plot is that a hot chick runs for 90 mins wearing just a sleeveless T shirt . Totally worth it . I know I am using too many links in one post but I have always wanted to do this link thing. It's so much fun making you go to different pages and finally reach the end . The  Snake and Ladder effect . I am so tempted to post a link of the Snake and Ladder wikipage , but that would be taking it too far , wouldn't it ?  You see I have drifted from Plagiarism to Snake and ladder . What imagination ? No ?

The Good way  

Hi Ronack ,

I am sure while you signed up at blogspot.com you had no intentions of picking random stuff of other blogs and posting them as your own . Somewhere along the line , you came across something which you liked and you knew your readers would like . So you took the easy way out . Ctrl +c . Ctrl +v .  Well let me tell you , everybody who has been on the blogger has gone through this phase . You are in the dark for sometime and then you realize that a few posts would fetch a lot of visitors to the blog  

You've just got to have a little patience. Write crappy posts , ask people where it went wrong , improve . A couple of years down the line , you'll have more people visiting your blog than some of the popular blogs around . Ultimately you want to be able to write good posts and this  lifting thing is not going to help you do that . Please remove  posts that have been taken from here . I am sure I have nothing to lose If people could read my thoughts through your blog. This is for your own good. I hope you understand .

Ah I should really be working for the government , convincing bad guys to take the righteous path . Too much


The Bad way

Hi  Ronack ,

It's not like you are  going to earn millions of dollars by picking stuff from somewhere and adding your name to it. Just because Kaavya Viswanathan did it for How Opal Mehta got kissed doesn't mean you can. Why go  through all this trouble just for a few blog hits . And as I noticed you do not have any Google adsense on your blog . Either you are dumb or trying to impress some chick .I tell you your  Oh- see , I can write meaningful posts charm is not going to work on the chick . Don't go by Salman Rushdie and Padmalakshmi episode , That's not because of the writing ,that's because of the money .

I can see the point in you lifting the first two  posts as they are general and would make sense . But what's the deal with lifting this and this ?? How would the story of my parents marriage fit your cause . Let's forget all this . How will the ' 25 things that people don't know about me ' help you. Let us assume that the chick you are trying to impress falls for you and things work out . Wouldn't she ask you how come you are not allergic to watermelon or grapes ?  And the next time you lift things make sure the facts are right. Your mention of you having  watched the Aus Vs Sa 434 chase before your board exams is strange considering you were only 14 years of age at that time ! Which school allows 14 year old kids to take their higher secondary exams ?


In case your brains says Ronack delete those posts and this guy will look like a fool when people start clicking on those links and it leads nowhere .  Here's the fun part . Happy now ? ? Thanks to you I have a new post . Let's see how you lift this one and pass it on to your readers .
